We built a better system to excel across category lines.

It is my pleasure to write this recommendation for MGroup following our collaboration on the Fairmont New Orleans. The overall quality of the custom furniture supplied for the project exceeded our expectations, meeting the exacting standards required for high-end luxury hospitality. Throughout the process, the team demonstrated exceptional problem-solving and adaptability whenever unexpected issues arose. Their ability to navigate challenges smoothly and work through potential roadblocks ensured that both the public spaces and guestrooms received immaculate, highly detailed pieces without compromising design integrity or schedule. Special recognition goes to our project manager, Kendra Devane. Her organizational skills, proactive communication, and relentless attention to detail kept the entire scope structured and on track. Kendra made the overall execution a seamless experience, and I would welcome the opportunity to work with MGroup and Kendra again on future projects.

Director of Design & Construction Procurement; Auro Hotels

The MGroup team was able to provide accurate timelines for delivery and worked closely with JE Dunn during the installation of their products. In addition, they provided efficient pricing for change orders. We will continue to work with them in the future on our hospitality and multi-family projects.

Throughout the entire process, MGroup was top notch with regards to prompt responses, problem solving skills, their attention to quality control and meeting design criteria. They continued their professionalism in making sure that their product came in on time, within project specifications and within budget. Because of this attitude to go the extra mile, MGroup will continue to partner on our projects and we look forward to working with them again.

Senior Project Manager, Layton Construction Company

Their team was professional, persistent, and always personable in helping get our order produced, shipped and delivered on time (despite the madness at the ports and global freight).
