We Are MGroup™ – Interview with Holli Clendenin
Holli began working at MGroup almost 3 years ago and is a valuable part of our team. As a Project Support Associate, Holli communicates with the factory and estimators to quote materials requested by account managers. She also manages all of our QuietLok® ERT sales. We’re thankful she’s on our team!

What is your role at MGroup™?
HC: I have been a Project Support Associate since I began at MGroup in April 2019, but am also the ERT Project Manager since June 2020, and began “part-time” as a General Project Manager in December 2020. As Project Support Associate, I communicate with the factory and estimators to quote materials requested by account managers. When pricing is returned, I prepare the quote in an easy-to-read format and ensure freight, tariffs/duties, and taxes are all calculated correctly. I also manage all of our QuietLok® ERT sales by communicating with manufacturers and customers as jobs are awarded.
How did you end up working with MGroup™?
HC: I began working with MGroup through Kelly Temp Services in April 2019 as a Project Support Associate, and was hired full-time in August 2019.
How long have you been with MGroup™?
HC: This April will be 3 years that I have been with MGroup.
What do you enjoy most about working for MGroup™?
HC: I enjoy the small business vibe and how my coworkers and upper management never fail to make me feel like a member of the Mfamily!
What is your experience and background in the industry?
HC: I do not have any experience in the hospitality industry, but I have more than 15 years of experience in Customer Service.
What are the values that drive you?
HC: My children, husband, and close family & friends are the ones that inspire me daily to be the best that I can be. I have (3) children: 2 boys ages 21 and 17, and a girl age 14. I’ve been with my husband going on 20 years. I work hard to be a good aunt to my nieces and nephews and sister/sister-in-law.
What is the most interesting thing you’ve done while at MGroup™ or something that was the most memorable about working at MGroup™?
HC: The most memorable experience I have had since working at MGroup was being sent to work remotely at the start of Covid in March 2020. It showed me that the owners and upper management team truly cared for their employees’ and their families’ safety and well-being. Allowing employees to continue working remotely permanently after the pandemic had calmed down some, and the world was opening back up was just a bonus! It’s been very helpful in the long run and has allowed me more time with my family; although I do miss seeing my coworkers’ faces every day!
