Refresh with MGroup™’s Renovation Shower Pan

The renovation market within the hospitality industry is continuing to gain momentum and MGroup™ is here to help. We offer an exclusive, patent-pending, custom renovation shower pan created to save you time, money, and flexibility over installation.

Renovations often lead to replumbing, but with our renovation pan, you can likely work within your existing layout. It has a built-in void under the drain location that can accommodate various types of existing or retrofit plumbing configurations. It’s available in a standard drain or trench drain design. It is ideal for post-tension slabs, slabs on grade, or any project where relocating existing plumbing is undesirable.

The dimensions of our renovation pan are customizable, but standard offering is 30″ W x 59 3/4″ L x 6″ H. It has a 1″ integral flange with a standard 8″ offset trench or standard drain. It is comprised of a proprietary blend of polyester resin and chemically inert fine sandstone complemented with a sanitary and sealed gel coating. The trench drain pan includes a brushed stainless steel 304 drain. This pan is both beautiful and durable and weighs around 220 pounds. We offer a 10-year manufacturer limited warranty against defects and all of our shower pans are UPC certified by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials. This ensures our products comply with national plumbing codes, and that our manufacturing process is routinely inspected and meets strict guidelines.
