Ted has worked at MGroup™ since 2008 as our Midwest Regional Sales Manager. Highlighting him this month is bittersweet as he's retiring at the end of January. Over the last 15 years, Ted has created and maintained important long-term relationships with clients and ensured we go above and beyond to meet client needs in a timely and effective manner. Ted has been an instrumental part of helping MGroup grow into where we are today, and we are so thankful for his dedication and loyalty.

Robin has worked at MGroup™ for almost four years in our Accounting Department, handling end-of-month analyses, change orders, waivers, and financial reporting. She is both quiet and kind, yet always reliable and willing to help. Living in Lagrange, Robin is always eager to attend in-person company events with a smile. We are so glad she’s on our team and happy to cast a spotlight on a valued team member.

Regina just celebrated working at MGroup™ for 5 years, and we don't remember what the company was like before her. She is so loved, personally and professionally. She is our Executive Assistant and Office Manager but does so much more for everyone on our team and her position simply can't be condensed into a job title. She means so much to each of us, and we are so fortunate she's on our team!

Kelsey began working at MGroup™ just over 5 years ago and has definitely made an impact! As an A&D / FF&E Business Development Specialist, Kelsey focuses on building up our FF&E program by forming relationships with design firms and purchasers. She assists our sales team as well in casegood quoting and orders. She is a friend both in and out of work and we are so thankful for her.

Keith began working at MGroup™ over 6 years ago and is a valuable part of our team! As Logistics Coordinator, Keith is responsible for tracking shipments, communicating with clients and freight forwarders, and approving invoices. His coworkers would describe him as outgoing and upbeat, always bringing a smile to someone's face. We are thankful for the positive energy he brings to the team.

Kimberly began working at MGroup™ 3 years ago this month and is a valuable part of our team! As Shipping Clerk, Kimberly is responsible for sending out samples, maintaining inventory at the warehouse, and ordering more products when necessary. Carrie began working at MGroup™ almost 5 years ago and is a valuable part of our team! As a Senior Accountant, Carrie is responsible for all final billings and vendor payments for materials, so she carefully analyzes each project as a whole and reveals any financial discrepancies. Holli began working at MGroup almost 3 years ago and is a valuable part of our team. As a Project Support Associate, Holli communicates with the factory and estimators to quote materials requested by account managers. She also manages all of our QuietLok® ERT sales. We're thankful she's on our team!

Gayle Hall began working at MGroup™ over five years ago and is a valuable part of our team! As a Contracts Administrator, Gayle is responsible for reviewing and revising contracts with clients and communicating the terms and legalities associated with the contract to the customer. She also mitigates risk for the company and is an essential part of ensuring we have seamless and easy negotiations between the company and the client. She seals the deals and our team would not be complete without her.

Kristin has been with MGroup for nine years and is a valuable part of the MGroup family. As Project Manager, Kristin is responsible for coordinating with our manufacturing team, account managers, and clients. She drives projects through pre-production, production, and delivery and provides clients the most seamless process. Our team wouldn’t be complete without her!
