A guest’s hotel experience is crucial to a hospitality brand’s reputation. Creating a quality experience for guests is the heart of the hotel industry and setting high brand standards is where this quality experience begins. Marriott is no stranger to this fact and has developed thorough brand standards for all of their brands which includes design guidelines for both renovation and new build projects. MGroup™ is fortunate to be a vendor of several Marriott-approved products including public area millwork, Ultracera® countertops, guestroom vanities, shower pans, shower accessories, and so much more.

First, let’s dive into our most popular brand, Mshower®. Under Mshower®, we offer shower pans, doors, surrounds, kits, and accessories. All of these products are the brand standard for several Marriott brands. For example, AC Hotel offers two of our shower pans: 3460-T-O-L/R-3.5 which is our standard trench drain pan, and ADA-3162-S-C which is an accessible shower pan. Courtyard, Element, Residence Inn, and TownePlace Suites also include our accessible shower pan in all of their hotels. Courtyard is approved to have some of our shower accessories in their hotel including ACC-3×30 accessory ledge, and both shower nooks: NOOK-12x12x16-CN and NOOK-12x16x8-C. Pictured left you will see three of our products approved by Courtyard including our 3472-T-O-L/R-3.25 shower pan, accessory ledge, and corner shower nook. You will also see our corner soap dish and our F2103 undermount sink.

While shower pans and accessories are a frequent seller, we also provide many shower surrounds and doors to Marriott hotels. Element has approved our barn-door style shower door: Malmo, in their design standards. Fairfield Inn has approved our FT-4×15-GT-Chevron shower surround in their bathroom design. Similar to a chevron pattern, TownePlace Suites is known to include our HCT-Herringbone surround in their shower and tub enclosures. SpringHill Suites approves our CT-6×24-GTM surround, and Residence Inn approves our CT-6×24-GTM-Block surround. Though very similar, the block surround for Residence Inn features a dimensional border between the corduroy tiles. Pictured right is our Ultracera® P1202 Bahamian Dusk countertop on a Residence Inn vanity as well as our approved Residence Inn shower pan and shower surround.

Courtyard, Fairfield Inn, Residence Inn, SpringHill Suites, and TownePlace Suites are all brand approved for specific colors of our Ultracera® surfaces. Ultracera® V9040 Tesoro Espresso is paired beautifully as a Courtyard vanity top. It is approved for public area use as well. Fairfield Inn also has us approved for V9040 Tesoro Espresso in addition to P1101 Lucia Sea Salt, M2123 Barbuda Chiffon, and M5085 Puerto Pebble. You will find P1101 Lucia Sea Salt, M5085 Puerto Pebble, and V9040 Tesoro Espresso countertops in the pictures below. Residence Inn has us approved for P1202 Bahamian Dusk, P4101 Mayaguez Mocha, and P5107 San Blas Shadow for guestroom and public area spaces. Lastly, Springhill Suites commonly uses P1301 Barbados Dust for their bathrooms, public areas, and guestrooms.

We offer a variety of guestroom millwork options including kitchen cabinets and vanities. Element Hotels feature custom kitchen cabinets & closet millwork with approved hardware as well as our walnut vanity in standard and accessible styles and various dimensions. Pictured below you will see our Element-approved standard 51″ walnut vanity, Malmo shower door, and kitchen cabinets and closet. Under Residence Inn and TownePlace Suites, we are the preferred vendor for vanities, guest laundry spaces, and various kitchen layouts including standard and accessible and one-bedroom and studio kitchenettes. We have provided millwork for all Marriott brands and are a preferred millwork vendor for Towneplace Suites and Residence Inn public areas. Public Area Millwork includes hotel front desks, printing stations, market centers, breakfast buffets, bars, and so much more.
