Meet the New CEO

H. Speer (Bo) Burdette IV has been named the new President & CEO of MGroup™, succeeding H. David Murray who led the company for the past 20 years. Murray has moved to Chairman of the Board of Directors of MFLGH, Inc., the parent company of MGroup™.

Bo will also Chair the Management Committee. He was hand-picked by Murray to take over the position which took effect March 29, 2021. He will also Chair the Management Committee. He has been with the company since August 2015 when he started as an Account Manager and was later promoted to Southeast Regional Manager in 2018. 

Burdette holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Management from the University of Georgia. Prior to joining MGroup™, he worked with a large healthcare recruiting firm where he helped develop a new division in their academic setting. He successfully met with key healthcare leaders in Academia and advanced the division into the multi-million dollar vertical it is today. 

Bo currently resides in Peachtree Corners, GA with his wife, Kimberly Burdette, and their one-year-old son, Speer.
