MGroup™ Announces a Joint Marketing Agreement with Evo Furniture + Design

MGroup™, a world leader in hospitality interior furnishing products and Evo, an Estonian-based supplier to the Marine and Hospitality markets, announces a joint marketing agreement. The goal is to take the Evo Furniture + Design brand worldwide to address the growing needs for a world-class resource for public area architectural millwork and high-end suites for the gaming, hospitality, and the cruise line market.

The Evo Furniture + Design brand will be marketed jointly under the Mteriors® brand, which is a part of MGroup™.

The Mteriors®/Evo Joint Marketing Agreement includes the Western Hemisphere, Europe, and MENA markets.

“MGroup™ has been a resource for hospitality millwork programs for several years,” commented Scott Murray, Vice President of Manufacturing and Product Development at MGroup™ “but focused on the guest room side of the market. Our sales team has grown with experience in the millwork segment over the past year and expanded into the European and MENA markets, and our program in guest room millwork has grown exponentially due to our continuous process improvement and inclusion into the brand standards offers of many international brands. It was a natural evolution to add architectural millwork to our program, and Evo has the resources to provide not only a better-quality product but a better value product. Evo had the experience in custom work from their cruise line background. What we are doing in public area architectural millwork is similar to Evo’s pedigree in the cruise market,” Murray continued.

Before rolling out this program globally, several projects were field-tested and certified, including a dual-brand Residence Inn/Courtyard in Colonie, NY and a Towne Place Suites in Medicine Hat, Alberta. Both projects “knocked it out of the ballpark,” according to Tim Kulikowski, National Sales Director for MGroup™. “I have been around architectural millwork all my business life, and I’ve never seen the attention to detail, the quality of finishes and the passionate commitment to on-time delivery” that Evo brought to this market.

MGroup™ will be rolling out the joint marketing program in the USA and Europe starting in January 2020 with the first targets Focused Service and Select Service public areas. Later in the year, a program for high-end suites for the gaming and hospitality business will be introduced.
